Selection of the best grapes and yields in the vineyard that are deliberately kept low give this wine big structure.
It is matured for one to two years in small French oak barrels and spends nearly two years in the bottle before it is released for consumption. The most impressive characteristic of the wine is its aroma of cherries, which is typical of Rosso Cònero. It blends harmoniously with scents of wood.
The wine is suitable for prolonged aging.
