Diligent processing of Verdicchio grapes and unusually prolonged maceration on the yeasts (48 months) provide a wine with a straw yellow color and delicate golden reflections. The bouquet is elegant and persistent and the wine offers the palate sensations of great harmony. The standard-bearer of the winery, which was the first in the region to adopt use of Verdicchio grapes in making a classic-method bubbly. It is produced in limited quantity.
